Camrea Cricket Club has stood for the same things for nearly a century: community, opportunity and the love of the game.
More than a cricket club.
Founded in 1931 by a handful of Melbourne locals, Camrea has grown into one of the city's most respected community cricket clubs. We've weathered wars, mergers, ground moves and the changing seasons of suburban Melbourne — and we're still here, still in whites, still going.
Today we field senior men's, women's, junior and veterans teams. We run school programs, Milo In2Cricket clinics, and welcome more than 380 players every summer.
But ask anyone what makes Camrea different and they'll tell you the same thing: it's the people.
